• Go North on Route 3.
• Take Exit 8 (101A - Amherst/Milford).
• Follow 101A west approximately 7.9 miles to Route 101 West (Peterborough/Keene). Take Route 101 Approximately 5.2
• Miles to second traffic light (Ocean Bank on left), go left.
• Go 4.4 miles, passing Rt. 31 North on right and then a bit further, Rt. 31 South on left. Take first right after 31 South, opposite a Mobile Gas Station on the left. This is Isaac Frye Highway. The sign reads Historic Wilton Center. (If you come to the Harvest Restaurant on the left, you've gone too far.)
• The Healing Connection is 8/10 mile (less than 1 mile) up the hill.
• Go past a large yellow colonial and then a small field, both on the right.
• The Healing Connection is the next yellow colonial (on right) with 2 sky lights, just past the field and across from a small white house.
• Look for the "heart on hand" flag hanging on the garage and red mailbox.
• If you come to a grass triangle with a green street sign (on right): Burns Hill Road, you've just past The Healing Connection.
